MLK definitely did have a dream, but dare I say that “peace” was his passion. I think people have oversimplified Martin much like Malcolm and tried to paint these men with black and white when there is so much intriguing grey that colors their lives.
Martin was a disciple of Gandhi and walked through life in a Christ-like fashion. The abundance of violence and aggression that consumes mankind today suggests that Martin’s dream has only been partly achieved…
